The amplitude of the oscillator varies with the proximity and attenuation of the sensor probe to the metal measured object. Before leaving the factory, this module has been linearly calibrated using 42CrMo4 material, eliminating the need for further calibration during installation. Users only need to adjust the air gap between the sensor and the measuring surface to obtain the desired signal output.
